Geboren 1985 in Lodrino (Schweiz), arbeitete Marcel bis 2005 als Laborchemiker. Dann (2009) änderte er seine Einstellung und promovierte 2009 an der HEAD (Haute École d'art et de Design de Genève), Sektion Kino. Er lebt in Genf und arbeitet als Animationsfilmregisseur in Genf.
