Le Festival international du film Uranium de Rio de Janeiro 2021 pour la première fois en ligne et libre pour tous - a pris fin avec un public fantastique de près de 7 000 visionnements.

The Rio de Janeiro International Uranium Film Festival  2021 - for the first time Online and free for all - has ended with a fantastic audience of almost 7000 viewings. The festival had spectators from all continents and from 74 countries: from Brazil to Greenland. Most of the audience came from three countries: USA, Japan and Brazil. A big "Thank You" goes to the filmmakers without whom the festival would not have been possible.

The International Uranium Film Festival - with the support by Rio's Modern Art Museum (MAM Rio) - has streamed during 10 days 34 films on nuclear weapons and nuclear energy, from Hiroshima to Fukushima, online and free of charge. However we welcome any contribution and donation. The festival must go on.

International Uranium Film Festival 2022

Next year, in May/June 2022, a focus of the International Uranium Film Festival in Rio will be Uranium Mining.
